....and mymail said the mail came from a data management company. Good to know they're outsourcing our financial information like that. I'm sure there's nothing to worry about and that they didn't just go lowest bidder

Yeah I saw that too the T5 from Access CU coming from "Roler Data transfer Service". Thought it was weird.
It's no wonder our SIN ends up in the wrong hands sometime.

November? Hubert late submission? or CRA late posting? Either way, if taxpayer were counting on the CRA for T-slips by filing deadline, they could be screwed. Arrears interest is now 10%. Revenue agency is not mincing words.

You're not kidding and the CRA considers you guilty until proven innocent regardless who is responsible for the numbers not adding up.

LBC Digital T5 appeared in CRA My Account and can be downloaded/printed from there in PDF form.

looks like DUCA and Motive the slowest this year ?
Also somehow my CRA t5 has not been update since 2 weeks ago.
The view is also buggy as after viewing all T5 once, click it a second time and nothing shows. using google chrome.

Anyone get anything from Motive Financial / Canadian Western yet? Anyone remember if they usually don't have T5s until the last possible date? Anyone find where we can download T5s from their site (or if they even offer that)?

Just to answer my own question, saw this on the Motive website just now:
When will I get my T5 slip?
T5 slips are mailed annually by February 28, in accordance with the Income Tax Act.
I can't wait that long!!!!

I guess we are all different based on our needs regarding T5s. I don't plan to file our taxes until mid April, so we are not in any hurry to receive the T5s, as long as we get them. We have a friend who has his taxes prepared and ready to go on January 1 each year, although he cannot efile until February. He calculates all of his pension income and interest manually from bank statements and or interest payments from GICs, etc. If you really need to know what your T5 slip amount will be, you could probably just figure it out. Of course, sometimes our manual calculation may differ slightly from the FI's. Good luck!

Waiting for Motive T5 as well. Last year, they had T5 in CRA My Account by February 6.
Not only Motive - last year I had way more T5s sent to CRA My Account by end of February than I see today. Were there any changes in how/when FIs are expected to submit info to CRA?

Waiting for Motive T5 as well but have received RIF information slip from Canadian Western Ban. Also no T5 from CIBC yet. CRA has it though.

They only need to be postmarked by today. Snail mail takes awhile.
To the extent FIs also provide them electronically as a PDF online, they would need to be posted by end of today. When they show at CRA MyAccount is another matter entirely.
