Little confusing: their latest email says:
"If you already have funds in this account …
Enjoy the rate increase to 3.25%!
DUCA increased the rate on this offer a few times since its launch in the Fall of 2021."
Their website says:
"3.25%
Conditions apply
Earn More Savings Promotion
Maintain maximum flexibility with this high interest savings account. You can deposit and withdraw whenever you need. New deposits only."
and
"Eligible deposits must be new money deposited at DUCA from a new or existing Member. Money already on deposit at DUCA in the form of a term deposit, savings/chequing account, or other investment is not an eligible deposit."

I was told that funds already in the PARK account prior to July 18th also get the new 3.25%.

I'm still showing 3.1% too.
No panicking as I'm sure they'll fix it.

When I reported at 6PM yesterday,
"I'm still showing 3.1% too. No panicking as I'm sure they'll fix it."
it was as I saw it in Account Details.
At 4AM today, it now shows 3.25% as I expected it would eventually ...

That’s what I like about them. No BS like new money only.
Duca is on top of my list when it comes to CU right now.

Nice to know they do not exclude "existing " funds. Is there a limit however on how much can be in the account at the top interest rate?

dont know, but I only put upto $250k anyway which is the insured limit.
So its not as low as $100k in terms of promo rate cap like some other FI does.

Yes, showing 3.25% now. I am on the phone to move more fund to this 3.25% account and have been waiting for 30 minutes. This phone practice for moving funds is a terrible idea.

Instead of listening to that one 30 second music track on continuous loop, you can accept the call-back. It does work. They call back and you don't loose your place in the line. I did that this morning. 40 minutes later they called while I was in the pool ...
