OfflineFor about one week now, I am unable to get into my EQ account on my P.C.
Keeps saying after I have logged in "You have successfully logged out of EQ banking"
I can access my account through my tablet.
I'm able to log in to all other banks with no problem
Tried going incognito. Bank says it is my computer not them. Tried logging in with Google Chrome, Yahoo, Microsoft Edge .... I am frustrated! no "young people" around to help.
Anybody?

Try clearing all the cached browsing data (cookies and cached files) from your browser.Check the clock and time zone on the computer. Incorrect clock and time zone can cause cookies to be discarded early and all sorts of authentication errors.
Thanks Norman. I'll try that. You are correct, I am on permanent Daylight time here and had to change my clock manually. Tablet has the daylight time and works.
Let you know. I did think of it as the only thing that had changed but never thought to manually put the time on standard again. Other banks are working correctly though.

I would do both of those things. The latter is a real issue for those now in 'locally made up time zones', e.g. as in AB and BC starting Nov 1st. My Win11 computer correctly went to 'Pacific Time' for BC rather than PST or PDT on Nov 1st. Some computers did not auto-correct.
P.S. I was on EQ Bank yesterday to download statements so the site works.

Yes, the time zone does matter. Internally, many programs use UTC time. The configured time zone is used to convert the local time one sets to UTC time.
It depends on the web site. If the site sends a cookie that expires at a time six months from now, then it isn't going to matter much if the browser's current time is off by an hour. Not the case if the cookie instead expires at a time 10 minutes from now.

It's possible that if you log in on your tablet to the bank app, cookies are not used. If you use your browser to access the bank site, you should experience the same issue as you did on your PC. That is my guess.
