I am NOT in Alberta. What I said was that I got a call back from calling Toronto from Calgary....and I think that is odd. Perhaps they have every one possible manning the phones.

Sorry, but I don't get it . . .I've never had a problem with Oaken ... either with their site, or EFTs.
Even just in the last three days, I've made four EFTs (3 Pulls & 1 Push) ... All went 'Smoooth As Butter'.
What am I missing❓

. . . and both yesterday & today I initiated more activity in my Oaken accounts ... a transfer of funds from one account to the other, and one EFT Pull.
Still with No problems❗

OfflineFinally able to access my account today after 5 days! No explanation other than IT issue.
Had a problem when I first joined Oaken 6 months ago where my enrollment login was 'not connected' to my account for a week.
Apart from IT Oaken rates are great and the website is simple and efficient to use.

This morning I received an email that my statement was ready for savings accounts.
Feb....but really reflects the Month of January.
So normally I get that statement on Feb 5,6,7 ...why are they telling me now??
They are going down the drain with systems and customer service.

I received another email notice of a SA withdrawal from Oaken this evening. The amount and date (Feb. 10th) were correct. The only thing is ... it took them 17 Days (~2.5 weeks) to send that notice to me❗
As for the other notice above, I replied to their email that same day expressing my concern about how long it took them to send that notice.
I Still haven't heard back from them. 
What The *&^%$# Is Going On At Oaken⁉️

Same problem, I wasn't able to access my account as the account was not connected to my profile for more than a month. Magically, one day the account finally showed up, no explanation from Oaken, email or phone call.
