This offer of 4.20% (2-year) probably is only through their online account. In Questrade it has a 2 year of 4.03%

Haventree Bank's rates have increased to 4.4% for 4yr and 4.45% for 5yr.
I have only used them through GIC direct quite a few years ago. Anybody here opened an account with Haventree directly lately? How'd it go? Can purchase these through Monarch finance but at a lesser rate.
