I don't have a suggestion for cards with promos as I haven't had a new card recently so I don't know what's out there. You could take a look at rates.ca as they have a comparison of credit card offerings, including welcome bonus.

No problem to mention other cash back websites! The primary goal here is to be useful, so if your firsthand experience is with other sites, please share them.
