As mentioned here (https://www.highinterestsaving.....d/#p115228) there is a new no-fee, no foreign currency exchange fee credit card from Capital One, which comes in World and World Elite versions:

Main details:

• No annual fee
• 3% back at grocery stores
• 3% back at gas stations and EV charging stations
• 1% back everywhere else
• No foreign currency exchange fees
• Current sign-up promo of double the cash back for the first year
