Both my wife and I have iTRADE accounts. For some reason my wife receives her statement by mail and online. I have turned OFF both of our statements to be mailed and to receive both of them online.

I am just wondering when any of you folks received your MAY statement online or by mail and if so when.

Our online was first available yesterday June 10
The one mailed was received last week June 5

Hi. Thanks. Do you know when the May statement notification was emailed to you?

I disabled paper statements for Scotia iTRADE in 2012 and for my Scotiabank SCENE VISA in mid-2013, I believe. I've not received paper statements for either since those times.

My non-registered and TFSA statements were posted June 10th, 2014; no statements for RRSP and Locked-In RRSP but I realize that's probably because there was no valuation change to my holdings (cash and cash equivalents currently) within those accounts and the interest payments for May were paid June 2nd, 2014.

Cheers,
Doug

Thanks. I will ask what their target date is for the online version. The 10th is on the late side based on the past. And you would think the online version would be available well before the post mailed version as my wife received hers in the mail last week.

They had technical issues for the statements. I have asked for their monthly target date.

Interestingly, I only got my BMO Investorline statement online yesterday as well. Much later than usual. Seems like something was up! sf-confused

Wonder if they use the same system. I was told years ago that RBC and BMO used the same system for banking.

iTRADE advises that statements should be ready 3-4 business days after the beginning of the following month.
