The client e-statements for March 31, 2022 are still not available when you log in to your account - 8 business days after month-end. The reason given to me was they are short staffed and it has to be done manually, maybe ready in a few more days!
They seem to have the same one rep answering their phone line.
Their 1 year GIC rate through brokers has been the highest almost every day for several weeks. They seem to raise the rate almost daily to remain at the top, so they must have a real need for funds!
Wealth One had a security breach this past summer, with client personal information reached from the email account of a Wealth One employee (separate thread).
