I see no reason to assume all problems are due to CRA staff.  

In my case, my FIs (brokerage side) sent out all required T3 T5s by end of March as usual. I filed last week of May and CRA still failed to populate any of those into my account. So it's totally on CRA.

Putting theories aside, the already stated fact is that the CRA has acknowledged that the TFSA contribution room data unavailability, duplicate and missing tax slips, and filing errors are due to internal system issues. “They are actively working to resolve these problems”. They did not provide a timeline for resolving this mess. Here is an example.

Beginning in January 2025, the CRA introduced a new validation process for organizations that submit information returns (like financial institutions and employers) to ensure the accuracy of the data they submit. While this change improves data quality, some issuers have had difficulties uploading tax slips, resulting in certain slips not appearing in My Account, Represent a Client, or the Auto-fill my return service as early as in previous years.

Taxpayers have encountered error codes when attempting to submit their returns electronically, preventing successful filing. The CRA has stated that if these issues remain unresolved by the April 30 deadline, they will proactively waive penalties and interest for affected taxpayers who attempted to submit their returns on time and received specific error codes.

This measure was taken to prevent the display of outdated or incorrect data due to delays in processing TFSA annual information returns from financial institutions.

I find it quite remarkable what length people go to these days to deny very basic factual info.

National Post says "The CRA says it has resolved “most issues” that made Tax-Free Savings Account information, in particular contribution limits, unavailable in My Account."

CRA says 10% of people still need to be fixed, the rest are fixed.
