Both my spouse and I got targeted offers from Tangerine both expiring Jul 31st with her offer at a slightly higher rate. If we don't use mine, does anyone know if it's better for me to accept my offer or not accept my offer in order to get an offer after Jul 31st?

I got the 4.25% promotional offer on March 5th. That's a hard next for me. You can get a better rate in a money market fund than that. I will move funds to one of those when my Simplii 5.5% promotional offer runs out at the end of March unless another good promo pops up at that time.

I saw Tangerine is offering a new money market fund. Does anyone have any funds in there or know what the approximate rate is for that?

I snubbed their December offer as I was not happy with the rate. Then I got offer again with a higher rate in January 2024 until May 31st. Lucky.

No rate and no MER. Generally Tang's MERs are much too high, as they target those who don't read the fine print.

For me, my last promo ended October 31, 2023. Move out all money, then get the promo for January to May at 5.75%.

Bumping the thread. Tang offered me 3.75% after promo ended March 27. Dropped from 4.75%. Moved my money out for a 5.75% promo after the very long banking holiday.
