I was initial told Apirl-2018 that secure chat was 24 hours/7 days.

I was told today by a supervisor that it is not. Today April-16-2018 at 8:30 PM secure chat was not available with the message
"Sorry! We'd love to chat but our associates are all chatting away with other clients right now please try again in a few minutes"

I think the secure chat should be available any time a user is able to log on to Tangerine!

Their real-person chat via phone call is available 24/7 as far as I know. My Mom likes to call around 11 pm and is quite happy with the service - try it!
