Has anyone else had this issue. All my Orange Alerts were Turned OFF. I suspect this was done when Tan did the website makeover. The result was I did not get an Alert Email that my Credit Card Statement was available. Therefore I missed Payment and was charged interest for being overdue. Tan has reversed the Interest Charge but denies they did anything wrong regarding turning off the Alerts. You may want to check your account to assure your Alerts are ON.

Orange Alerts is much more than just for Credit Cards. On Home page, click Top Right Corner (where your Name is). Dropdown Menu - click on Profiles & Settings. Mid-screen you will see General in Bold Orange ... beside is Orange Alert. Click on Orange Alert. You will see all the possible Alert settings.
