It is certainly not as easy to navigate as the old site, but I'm sure it will be fine when we get used to it.
I also find it not contrasted enough, he orange is not orange enough.
Just my thoughts.

Found it a little too in your face. Big graphics and charts full of info I don't really go on line to find. Don't care for it at all. Always thought the site was clean and simple to use before. Now another learning curve on navigating where I need to go. Just another reason to use them as little as possible.

The new site is a nightmare to navigate and see information at a glance. Information is posted not following eye movement, e.g. the picutre and phrase for verifcation is posted on the right side of screen (I'm using a desktop monitor) while I have to answer the verification question on the left. This is poor ergonomics. In the old site, all accounts (GIC, savings, etc.) are listed in rows. Now they are fragmented into boxes as if displaying news items. Although I'm using a large monitor, I have to scroll up to see all these "boxes". Whoever design the website simply isn't thinking this is a banking site, where info should be displayed like an account statement. Instead, the designer thinks this is the Metro newspaper! So much for the clean design which works beautifully.

I find this new site very confusing; give me the old site I was used to.

We'll just have to get used to it, and we always do. I'm the last one to be an expert at this but it seems to me websites are now laid out more for phone/tablet "swiping" (mobile) vs the old keyboard and desktop setup.

Here's a link to the old site. When logging in just say "No thanks" to the beta site.

Looks like the beta site has a glitch!

The September 1 bonus interest payment shows on the old site but is invisible on the beta site. sf-surprised

Impact on the running balance is there. Account balance on the subsequent credit transaction reflects both the credit itself and the invisible bonus interest payment.

I'm not sure why anyone even cares about Tangerine any more. They dropped their Savings rate to 1% and their GIC rates are a joke. So I don't care what their website is like. Sure they offer enhanced rates for new clients and maybe a bonus here or there to retain. I can't be bothered. I wish I had the time to "play the game" but I don't. So I keep my money in a couple of tried and true MB virtual's with consistent competitive rates without worrying that they drop the floor from under me when I'm not looking. For me, and I know everyone has different reasons for investing where they do, Implicity and Achieva gives me that comfort. Albeit Achieva never increased their Savings rate like Implicity did. So all my savings is now in Implicity.

Maybe everyone should send feedback to Tangerine and ask if they would allow an option to choose the old or new site for personal use.

It takes less time to play the game, than it does for you to write this post....to each his own, I have averaged over 2.8% over the last 2 years.

Tangerine....Canada's best bank. LBC.............Canada's 2nd best bank.
Hubert.....worst bank in Canada.

I think they had one of the best banking sites on market, before they changed it. I think the new site sucks! I guess they don't understand the old adage "If it's not broken don't fix it"

They have a new CEO, so no doubt everything has to change so that this person can look like they're doing something without actually changing anything for the consumer's benefit. Any devotee of Dilbert will know what I mean.
The only question is whether it will bring in more profits. That's all they really care about. I expect we will also see changes in the lottery system of interest rates too, in due course. Didn't we hear that they were losing money?
