I have never had any troubles with logging into or accessing my accounts until today.
Today I was able to log in online OK but I could not move money between accounts.
There was a message that I needed to call them as some information was missing from Account Profile. I was not looking forward to phoning and waiting for over 30 minutes to speak to someone. Instead I used the "call back" feature at 10:15 pm. I was pleasantly surprised when I got a call back from them within about 1.5 minutes!!! And problem solved within 4 minutes.

WOW, thanks for this tip frugal lady. I had noticed this contact option before and incorrectly assumed that it would be a complete waste of time. Upon reading your post, I used the request call back feature today and was very satisfied with the experience. Much better than waiting on hold and listening to Tangerine's dreadful elevator music.
