- Whoops protection applies to bill payments and transfers? only. Not POS sales..

- Some machines have problems with changing PIN on the card. No issues at the machine I tried..

It applies also to cheques provided the amount doesn't exceed $250.

Also I think the biggest complaint for many people with ING..

-Rates to low for the products currently offered..
