Interestingly, afterwards when I called them to tell them of my difficulty he was going to open the account for me but when he gave me a list of past employers, again none of which I've ever worked at, it was a different list than the one I'd encountered online.

It makes me think their records of us must be riddled with errors.  

Weird.

In my case, there were 4 or 5 questions. Each was multiple choice with 4 or 5 choices, one correct and others not. It all went thru smoothly.
