I remember having received an e-mail last year about setting an automatic savings plan for transfers from my Thrive checking account to my savings account at ING. For any automatic recurrent transfers of $100 and over set up during October or November 2012 was to be signed in to receive the promotion bonus beginning of 2013 in February or March at latest.

However, the only thing I can't remember if that promo bonus was in form of a subscription for the chance to win something or a $$ deposit into the account. I can't find any copy of the promotion in my e-mail inbox and was wondering if anybody had those details or entered that promotion?

Thanks

Max

Is this the one? It talks about payroll deposits, not ANY automatic one. I delete nothing from my GMail and this one and a reminder about it are the only things that respond to a search for "ING thrive november automatic".

------------ Cut Here ---------------------

Since the launch of our no-fee THRiVE Chequing™ Account last year, response has been fantastic. Thousands of Clients have told us how much they love using their full-featured daily chequing account with no fees and no minimums. If you haven't discovered the money-saving advantages of THRiVE chequing yet, now is the time!
Open a THRiVE Chequing Account by November 30th, and get a $100 Apple® Gift Card* when you transfer your payroll.

Plus, you'll automatically be entered for your chance to win 1 of 10 $5,000 Apple Gift Cards!
Save up to $185 a year on fees.

The average Canadian spends about $185 a year just to maintain a chequing account. Keep that money for things you want instead of handing it over to a "Big Bank"**. And those other banks make you keep a minimum balance of $1,000 or more to avoid extra fees. Put your money to work in a high-interest ING DIRECT Account where it will actually grow.

Plus, while THRiVE Chequing saves you about $185 a year in fees without having to maintain a minimum balance, you'll also enjoy convenient, money-saving features like these:

Access your cash at ABMs just about anywhere†, with NO FEES at THE EXCHANGE® Network's more than 2,300 ABMs nationwide. Our handy online locator at ingdirect.ca/abm will tell you where.
Enjoy NO-FEE debit purchases at any retailer, just by swiping your ING DIRECT Client Card.
Pay NO FEES and no interest on overdrawn amounts for future-dated transactions of up to $250 thanks to free 30 Day Whoops!TM Protection.

It couldn't be easier to open a new THRiVE Chequing Account - and get a $100 Apple Gift Card!

Just log in at ingdirect.ca now and select "Open New Account". Or visit ingdirect.ca/100thrive for more information.

Thanks for taking charge of your money with ING DIRECT.

Sincerely,

Peter Aceto
President & CEO, ING DIRECT

An email was sent on August 01, 2012 to "Start saving automatically and get 25 bucks."

Tag line, "Set up an ASP before August 31, 2012 and you'll get a $25 Bonus!"

Simply start saving now with $100 a month or more, and you'll get $25 Bonus when you keep your ASP active for at least 6 months.

$25 Bonus will be credited to the same Account as the ASP by February 28, 2013.

I had to call them to ask for my money. It seems to be a repetitive issue with ING. They start a promotion with promises and you have to follow-up for delivery.

If you need a copy of the letter, please provide your email address.

Jeff

This is exactly the promotion I was talking about.

Just got back from 2 weeks out of the country and still no sign of that money deposited in my account.

That would be nice if you could forward me that promotional letter I'd appreciate,
my e-mail: maxxer at hotmail.com

Thanks a lot for helping me catching that $25
