Has anybody been able to add their Scotia itrade account as their bill payee from their Thrive chequing account. I entered my 8-digit account number and received an error message:

Sorry, the bill payee account number has an invalid prefix.

Anyone tried? 😕
Issa.

I just tried. Scotia iTRADE says you need to enter your 8-digit account number, which I did, to no avail. ;(

Anyone?

Cheers,
Doug

Try calling ING and speak to a human who should be able to set this up for you. Better than stumbling through the payee setup page and repeatedly guessing what letter/number combination it requires.
