It could be just me, but I have real difficulty reading text on all those dark red button 'Add Reply', 'Upload Attachment', 'Inbox', etc.
If you take a look at how buttons for 'Page: 1 2 ->' are done; it is white text on dark red background. All other buttons are Black text on dark red.
Making all buttons white text on dark red will increase readability (in my opinion).

Thanks for the feedback. I generally didn't like the gradient background. It's now a flat red background with white text, and you can do a hard refresh (CTRL+F5) to see it. Is it better now?

I am using an iMac and still seeing lots of black text on red background, on most of the buttons, even after a hard refresh. Any one else using Macs seeing this?

I am not using a Mac but you should be able to adjust browser settings. If not I think you can download Firefox and you can make adjustments there.
