I am trying to send a PM to fellow member but system tells me to 'enter at least one...'
When I start typing person's name - it does not exist!
Even worse, not even mine exists?!?!

Am I doing anything wrong?

Hi PoorEva.

1) you log in
2) i viewed your post, i hit "pm" and the dialogue box opened.
3) type in the name in the "send to" box and it automatically fills in the name.

Hi Kidd,

I am aware how to send a PM but I figured out it is a feature and not a bug of forum program.
It looks like you can block receiving PM as per this screen:

As some members do not have PM button along their messages as per this screen:
a2.jpg
