Hopefully it will be the end of their silly games when targeting lame promo interest rate offers where they lowball you to see if you'll bite, then come back later if you decline claiming you won and they'll pay more now, which is still too low. In my view their previous brand relaunch was a disaster, no doubt the person who came up with it got promoted with a salary increase.
