I have had an iTrade Account for years that evolved from a Tradefreedom Account. I never did well nor lose but it was time to cancel the accounts. Last November I had zero balances. A few weeks ago I emailed and asked the process to cancel. Easiest was to email them a signed letter of which I did. After numerous emails and promises to complete in 7-10 days and 2-3 days.....still not all cancelled and still allowed login access using the ATM like card. After 5 emails of which the last went to the President and CEO, I got some action! First point of contact was useless. I was told the accounts would be cancelled but the login using the ATM card would last forever. Can you believe that? And yes it still works.

The non-market system risks to trading stocks are becoming greater.
