Liberals are not conservative so they are left leaning meaning more socialism and with the help of your NDP friends which is orange, it gets more and more clear. Socialism and in desperate situations, communism.

It does not take a rocket scientist to figure out that the more they take away your freedom, money and choices, the more red they are. Sorry to break the news to you Loonie but just look at Ontario's government. They are getting more and more left, liberal, socialist everyday.

I don't care what they call themselves, once they take more of my freedom, choices, money, property etc. they are giving it some else. Loonie, we are individuals, if we were not then why do we have different names.

If we are not all individual, we should be all called Canada with a number stamped on each other and who cares what are first, last name is and who are family is.

I do not take and believe in taking other peoples money, property. This is why I am not a liberal, NDP follower.

Loonie said

I accept that your position is what it is, will not change unless hit by an avalanche, and that you are entitled to it.

Let me parse that for you. "Will not change unless hit by an avalanche" is the subjective completion for "your position is". In other words, it is properly read as "your position...will not change unless your position is hit by an avalanche." The subject, throughout, is "your position". "Your position" refers to your conviction about government, taxes and pensions. It has nothing to do with your taxes. Hence, the phrase means that your convictions about taxes, govt and pensions will not change unless these convictions are hit by an avalanche. And "avalanche" is a metaphor referring to some unknown drastic impact.

I have no idea how you could have misread that to refer to what you might get back from your taxes: "As for all the taxes we pay and we will never get even close to it back plus growth, interest, I brought this up because you said in the above post unless I hit an avalanche, I will be entitled to it."

I apologize for any unintended confusion, but I thought the grammar was clear enough.

I don't see any point in responding further to your comments, Jack. You don't seem interested in rational discussion about policy, and I don't think very many people will take these comments seriously.
You have also repeatedly made ridiculous and insulting assertions about my personal financial situation, about you know next to nothing. Why would you do that? It makes you appear irrational.

Loonie, the real snowball that turns to an avalanche for many more years and decades for me and my family is the millions we will lose through the socialistic policies of government.

Nonetheless, you intended avalanche meaning a financial disaster or calamity to myself and in turn my family as they depend on me.

So, Loonie, the only way you can empower your position of socialism and pensions is if I get sick, lose my job and life savings or some big financial problem comes about etc. Glad to know how the common good left, red people think.

Sorry to disappoint you Loonie but I have a better chance of winning the lottery than satisfying your comments above.

In socialism, liberalism etc, the red, orange guys, financially successful and financially responsible are vilified, meant to be seen as the bad, richer people that must be punished and taken from to help everyone else.

Like I said many times, you guys are going to ruin everything and Europe is a perfect first world example.
