I know you're known for your concision, hotmony, but some additional detail would be helpful. Are you preferring/meaning RRSP variable savings/high interest savings rates or RRSP GIC rates?

In any case, I think you would do well to use either of this site's comparison or GIC charts. There might be the odd higher rate from an Ontario credit union or Manitoba credit union not listed, but the difference is not significant (maybe 10-15 bps). I doubt you can get better than 3.30% in an RRSP 5-year, non-redeemable GIC.
