Did you leave your name and number for a call back?

Once or twice?

Did you get a call back?

Did you find the system was circular and got nowhere and just randomly pressed numbers and hope to get into the queue?

Did you try to email from the website and receive a 522 error?

Thanks....but I don't recall mentioning that I had a problem logging in!! sf-smilesf-smile

If I could log in to get my annual interest paid out I would have. But PT is some what archaic for setting up GICs online and giving direction to pay interest annually and to pay out to savings account at maturity.
