OfflinePC Financial customer phone support....?
6 mins this a.m. just to get thru the automated "help" and now another 45 mins and still no live warm body picking up...

Also, beware the automated renewal and charges after Express Pass trial periods.
Bad experience with the service (wrong items delivered; requests re: certain items completely ignored; delivery men, who are apparently employees of some unaffiliated driver/delivery service in my area, arguing with me about it at my door; regular-priced items charged and delivered instead of flyer items ordered, etc.).
Haven't used it in over 6 months and there was absolutely no notice emailed beforehand about the subscription renewal or the charges. I just cancelled on the grocery store's site (hopefully...), but looks like no refunds if you don't live in Quebec.
Also no phone support contact info on the PC Express Pass site itself, hence trying to contact PC Financial to at least give them a piece of my mind.
Ok, rant done.
