Sorry if this has been addressed, but I can't find the answer. Recently opened joint account & a TFSA savings account each @ Oaken. Sign & linking up was an "experience". The CSR claims I cannot link the joint account from other banks to pull or push money into or out of Oaken. I'm finding this hard to believe. Has anyone successfully linked from another FI and pulled funds into or out of Oaken using the transit & FI info posted here?

Oaken doesn't have transit numbers so other FI's can't link to Oaken.
But Oaken uses Flinks to establish connections to your accounts at other FI's so that you can move $ to/fro your accounts at those FI's.

This was addressed previously in Oaken Transit number and bank number and Unable to link account to Oaken for EFT from other bank.
