Conversion Error
2 months ago when Oaken did the conversion Oaken SCREWED up on my GIC'S in RIF accounts giving double the interest , To fix there error they said they will take it back out as the GIC'S mature. The longer term ones will still be wrong until maturity, my minimums will be inflated for taxes. Does anyone else have this issue?
They said that are working on this after I brought it to their attention.

I have expressed my frustrations with Oaken previously, but recently I had a GIC mature and renew and the following day, the matured GIC had been replaced by the renewed GIC and the confirmation was available in Digital Documents. Hopefully, this indicates they have worked through and corrected at least some of their previous issues.
