Has anyone else had problems trying to access their online accounts?
I tried accessing my online account Nov. 9, 2022 and an error message came up saying username and password not proper. I tried resetting my password, inserted my email address, and received NO email. I phoned and spoke to someone she said she was unable to access my information, (strange) but was able to initiate the transfer of funds into my account herself (convenient). Today Nov. 18, 2022 still unable to access my account, same error message and again no email to reset my password. I phoned again and spoke to different person and she said she has heard of no issues. She said she would put a ticket into IT. I decided to have her intimate the transfer all but a few cents out of the account. I cannot believe I am the only one having difficulties. And why all of a sudden both days their system isn't working correctly when I phone in with my situation. I told her I have tried on Safari, Chrome, and Firefox.
Please tell me I am not the only one having difficulties. sf-confused

Smartphone app and desktop Web browser access work for me. Must be something with your account.

Newbie mamabear, when was the last time you sign on successfully? Unsuccessful since Nov 9th? ... more than a week, there will be tons of outcry if this is widespread. Therefore, it is likely an issue stem from your account set up.

Try use different methods as Alexandre suggest will reduce chance of the issue is from your side.

I appreciate the feedback. And yes I agree with an online only banking system (no brick and mortar). I wanted to know if it was just me or others out there. Especially since both days all of a sudden their system went down when I phoned and they were unable to help me. They couldn't even email me my statements, or send me an email to reset my password. And being over a week and still unable to access my account, that is why I reached out to this forum to see if I was the only one.

I did finally manage to access my account creating a whole new sign on profile. Now there are 2 of me. (haha) good or bad I will let you be the judge.

Again I thank you both as I got more help from the two of you than Oaken themselves.
