Bit of a lurker for a couple of weeks after stumbling on to the site.
Sure did appreciate the discovery of Duca 3%.
Like the discussions.
I've followed finance quite closely for the last 10 years and blah-blah-blah... have now taken over the management of the assets.
Missed out on the market run up, as I don't trust the markets. Big fan of ZeroHedge. Learned lots. LOTS. See a lot of doom in the markets coming. Comments?
Where do you think rates are going, re: More QE? Dovish FED? Economic downturn?
I'm quite content to sit in Tangerine and make my juicy rate, maybe move a bit to DUCA Where do we discuss issues like coverage of financial institutions in case they go bust. Would like to hear some discussion on that, too.

Doug welcome to the forum.
The views and opinions of where we are going (economy/rates) vary like night and day. Some of the views are so dire... the grim reaper looks like the life of the party in comparison. Jump in, join the conversions, different outlooks are always more than welcome.

Since you've joined DUCA, you must be in Ontario. Note that DICO is being restructured somehow by the Ontario govt and will have a new name, as per last week's budget. This info is posted somewhere on this site, not sure where now. I think it was member "Doug" who posted it.
