I am a new Motive client with their debit card. The first time I used my Motive debit card for a purchase, it was declined and I called Motive to reset my PIN. I recently tried to use my debit card for a deposit at an Exchange network ATM, but also ended up calling Motive to reset my PIN. Has anybody else have had issues with their Motive debit card?

I just called this morning but was told it was because my debit card is old. I haven't used my card in years, if ever. I tried two different banks. At both, I could view my balance, but couldn't withdraw any money.

I called and was given a new debit card number. The card is being sent.
