... that offers a 0.125% bonus over the posted rates for 1-5 year RRSP GICs for existing clients.

If you're a Canadian Direct Insurance customer, you get a better bonus (0.25%) as mentioned here:

Looks like the offer has either been extended or is permanent. Got another email on the 18th with a link to info on the bonus for CDI customers.
