Did you click to remember device? That will eliminate #2 of 2 factor sign on. Try a different device or clear history and cookies.

Hmmm, I was also not asked a security question. I have not indicated that my computer is a trusted device - I want the question to be asked (hey, some day somebody might steal my computer). I updated my questions and logged out, but was again not asked any question when logging back in.
I have written to Motive asking for explanation and/or investigation.

The little check box & "remember this device" is gone.
I'm not complaining.
