The purpose of survey is get the feel of consumer's perception of mortgage agents.I was in the industry myself back in 2005 until 2007 then I decided to go back to the investment industry.It looks like I am getting back to the mortgage industry as I truly believe that there are mortgage agents that truly care about their clients as I am one of them.
Unfortunately, there is a disconnect between consumer's perception and the actual duty of a mortgage agent.I am hoping to have enough homeowner's in Canada to share their experience with me and try to minimize that perceived gap.I am hoping to write a valuable FREE report out of it to educate homeowners on choosing the right mortgage agent.I believe it is as important as choosing the right investment advisor, lawyer and/or insurance broker.

Hopefully that make sense.
