Temporary branch closures, preventing fraud, mortgage payments, and your financial security.
Effective Monday March 23, we are beginning to temporarily close some of our branches across Ontario. In the interest of everyone’s safety, we have also reduced hours in all branches and introduced controlled access and screening. If you are experiencing flu-like symptoms or you have recently traveled, you won’t be permitted to enter the branch. We respectfully ask you to help protect others by using our ABMs, online banking, mobile app, or calling our Contact Centre. You can search for your local branch here to check if it’s open.
Branch hours:Monday to Friday from 10AM to 4PMSaturdays:Locations that are usually closed Saturdays will remain closedLocations that are open from 9AM to 12PM, or 9AM – 1PM will remain open during these hoursAll other locations will operate from 10AM – 2PMIf you're unsure of your local branch hours, please contact the branch directly.
