I'm not sure which member(s) regularly updates this forum's GIC Chart, but they may want to review Meridan. It's the 4yr rate that was raised to 2.60%, not the 5yr rate.

I got a little excited there for a minute, thinking I might just call them and use the 1st [of 2] options to Raise The Rate, on my existing 5yr TFSA GICs. 😉

Peter, looks like there is a glitch in the daily update script. It appears the 2nd 1-yr GIC rate caused misalignment with the 5y rate being pushed out of the chart.
