Hello,
New to the forum.
I recently signed up for the LBC Digital HISA account and was able to link and deposit an amount no problem. This was done sometime last week. I can see the amount I deposited, but my "Available Balance" is "0.00".
What does this mean? Shouldn't my available balance be the amount I deposited?
Thanks!

Funds are there, you're earning interest, funds are on hold and can't be withdrawn for I'm not sure how long, maybe a week or so.

"Balance" is the amount deposited.

"Available Balance" is "Balance" less any deposits still on hold.

Their hold policy is at https://www.lbcdigital.ca/cheques-instruments-holding.pdf

Hello,
Is there a place in the online account where I can see the accrued interest so far? I still only see my principal amount.
Thanks!

They don't show this. Only when your interest posts each month. If you want a running tab you would have to keep track
