T3 slip errors | Income tax filing | Discussion forum

I have received three T3 slips for the 2023 tax year for mutual funds issued by TD Asset Management that I purchased through TD Direct Investing. None of these slips are shown in the CRA My Account listing of tax slips, while three different TD Asset Management T3 slips are listed there. One of the slips listed in the CRA My Account is even showing dividends that were allegedly earned by a TD mutual fund that I have never invested in.
TD Direct Investing has no knowledge of the three slips listed on the CRA website. I have so far been unable to contact anyone at TD Asset Management for an explanation. Any helpful suggestions on how to proceed would be appreciated.
