So did you talk to MLA or office staff?
Was commitment to resolve your concerns?

Yes I had an appointment with the MP office, spoke with the staff, filled out the form explaining my concerns and they said they will get back to me.
According to them they have someone working with the CRA on the other side.

The CRA is supposed to operate as an independent entity free of "interference" from elected officials. So, your MP is walking a fine line. So, we'll see how they handle your concerns.

The issue is incompetence at CRA rather than independence.

The problem is the CRA is NOT operating. The agency needs accountability, as far as I am concerned it has none.

WealthSimple online tax software always has error: Uh-oh, your tax return isn't saving. Please log in again to continue.
I guess that this error is caused by CRA because WealthSimple reminds that if you have issues to connect NetFile.......

I will install and use "GenuTax Standard for Windows".

My plan was to file my tax return today but I change my mind, will do on Apr 26, 27. What CRA is doing??

Finally, Motive's T5 tax slips appeared in my CRA profile a few days ago.
