The Implicity promos are included at the bottom of the GIC chart, but because they're on new money only and not listed in Implicity's main GIC rates, they are broken out separately.

I think the promo rates are on their main rate list now.
It seems to be confusing your scraper on the GIC list.

Implicity's website no longer shows the special GIC promo rates, so those should be deleted from the promos page and from the footnotes on the GIC chart.
In fact, Implicity has lowered even their regular 1 yr and 2 yr GIC rates, going against the trend.
GIC/ RSP/ RIF/ TFSA Term Deposits
1 Year - 2.45% from 2.50%
2 Year - 2.70% from 2.75%
3 Year - 2.80% from 2.75%
4 Year - 2.95% from 2.90%
5 Year - 3.15% from 3.10%
6 Year - 3.30% from 3.15%
