GIC Account Closed Accidentally | Implicity Financial | Discussion forum

I called IF yesterday to instruct them to deposit the proceeds from my GIC account when it expires in May to my HI Savings Account. Sounds like they have a system problem that caused the GIC account to close immediately. Luckily, I didn't lose out on any interest (up to the date the account was closed) and wasn't penalized for an early termination of the GIC account. So, heads up if you're going to to what I did.
