With much discussion and several members having initiated account opening applications with Entegra Credit Union's "virtual banking" division Implicity Financial coupled with the fact that they are tied for first in Canada in terms of high-interest savings account rates (registered as well as non-registered) and the fact they use the superior MemberDirect online banking platform as well as adhere to a "no fee" philosophy, the time seems definitely right to add Implicity Financial to the "comparison chart". I would also encourage them to be added to the "bank profiles/reviews" page. Finally, it may also be prudent to add a "disclaimer" to Ally's page to state that they are in the process of winding down operations, no new accounts can be opened as of Feb. 15th and are transitioning existing customers to RBC Royal Bank by April 30th (or closing Ally accounts that have not made the transition by that date). :)

Cheers,
Doug

Thanks. I finally agree :) Now is the time to add Implicity Financial to the comparison chart.

As for Ally, I had added such a note already, but it probably wasn't prominent enough. I've added some spacing and styling on the disclaimer now.

Cool, thanks, Peter! :)

I never saw the note about Ally (wow!), but the more prominent placement and border look good. :)

Cheers,
Doug
