icici bank did not pay october monthly interest for high save account and it is november 4. they said there was technical problems and told me to call back on november 7 thursday. any body had this problem

it looks like i got monthly interest to november 4 2013. it look like they added friday and monday as well, november 1 and november 4. it says here pd01-10-2013 to 04-11-2013 on the statement
