Hubert's GIC rates went down, not unexpectedly. Their email isn't quite correct, there should be "changed" asterisks on the 2 and 3 year rates as well - everything went down except the quarterly. Nice to see they didn't use this as an excuse to keep that big 55bps gap between it and the 1-year.

Fortunately, I got my FHSA 1-year at 5.75 before this hit.

Registered and Non-Registered Terms

One-Year Quarterly Term
5.20%

One-Year Non-Redeemable

Two-Year Term:
5.50%

Three-Year Term:
5.05%

Four-Year Term:
4.95%*

Five-Year Term:

Thanks Northern Raven - I didn't see your post when I duplicated the info. Happy for those who made the cutoff!
