I tried to login to my account today and was surprise that I had to contact them to get a secret key in order to reset my password ! Even worse, I tried their process two times and each time they give me a different key but I still can't login ! At the end they just escalated the issue, I'm waiting now for their IT to do something.
Anyone having same issues ?

This is not something that is in scope of this forum. We have no ability to resolve this for you as it is a highly specific request, unique to your circumstances. Assuming it was a legitimate e-mail message from Hubert, you need to contact them again and let them know it's not working. Suggest staying on the line until it's resolved.

Thanks,
Doug

Ok, Thanks. I was just wondering if this is something they enforced on everyone or not. Feel free to delete this thread -- Assuming you're the admin.

Not I ... and I just finished checking, to make sure.

Is it possible that you may have done something wrong to trigger this problem (i.e. incorrect login, etc.) ❓

Hope you get it resolved soon ... let us know how it goes.

Just out of curiosity, which Hubert site where you using when this happened ... their Old site, or their New site ❓

What!!! lhsaid posted in the right forum, stated an issue and asked “any one else having same issues?”

And you say “This is not something that is in scope of this forum.“

I think you owe an apology.

Dean, it's new site and this not first time I'm connecting to Hubert and from same computer. But, here is what's interesting ! I was mad at Hubert and they escalated it to their IT and they couldn't explain why it was doing that. They even called me and went through the entire reset sequence with me, no luck ! Then I tried it in a Linux (Ubuntu) computer and it worked !!!
I cleared the cookies, delete history, rebooted my PC, ... nothing worked !!
I checked the Google chrome version, it's 80.0.3987.163 and was released on 2020-04-03 (recently), it could be that this version doing this for me !
Anyways, it works under Linux (Google Chrome) but not windows and It always worked before !
Dean, you mentioned that it works fine for you, are you using Google chrome ? what version ?
Thanks

Ihsaid, try another browser on your windows computer like Firefox or Edge, just to see if it makes a difference.

Try to delete history and cookies. Try incognito mode.

I just logged in again with no problems. I'm using . . .

    - Hubert's Old/Original site (like many people, I don't like the new one sf-confused)
    - Most recent updated Windows 10.
    - Latest version of Google Chrome.

Hope that ⬆ helps.

Thanks krwilson, the old site works fine !!! They must have changed something in the new site b/c it was working before (in terms of access I mean). I'm wondering if other people here are using the new site and if it works for them ?

Absolutely Dean, I still don't understand why it works for some people, but it gave me (and Hubert agents/IT) a big headache !! I will never use it again unless they shut down the old site.

They will...suspect by early 2021, old site will be gone. They don't maintain the old Sunova online banking site...just Sunova GO. sf-cool

At any rate, if the problem is the new online banking site not accepting your password reset secure key, then this is a bug and needs to be reported. The more people that report bugs, the more glitches will get corrected when the old site is taken down.

Cheers,
Doug
