I was informed that many clients with joint accounts were issued a T5 in one name only, in error, with box 23 showing "recipient type 1" instead of "recipient type 2" (for joint accounts). Amended T5 should be requested.

Thankyou - I had the same problem. I contacted them by email and now they are sending out new T5s
