Yes, things are looking up!
OAS is going up this quarter for the first time in a year.
The base rate is going up by 61 cents!
I can't think of a solitary thing I can buy for 61 cents, not even a postage stamp. But if I save it up for the entire quarter, i can maybe get a cup of cheap coffee for Christmas! Milk/cream and sugar are free. . .
