Is the OSFI website (http://www.osfi-bsif.gc.ca/eng) down for everyone else?

Have tried it in two browsers (Chrome and Edge), since sometimes Chrome behaves oddly and says a website is down when it isn't. Unfortunately, Edge produced the same results. 🙁

Ugh...so frustrating when you're trying to look something up and the website is down, always on a weekend when the public servants aren't working. 🙁

Cheers,
Doug

Could have been web site maintenance.

Seems fine now through Internet Explorer and Google Chrome browsers.

Yeah, I just checked. Thanks for checking as well, Norman.

I note that the latest balance sheet data available for Canadian banks and trust companies is February 28, 2019. What gives? Why is OSFI so flow on the upload and timely disclosure? Balance sheet data is to be disclosed monthly, and income/expense statement is disclosed quarterly.

Also, if it's a system maintenance, they shouldn't take the whole server down. They should put up a placeholder webpage, as the CRA is doing right now. sf-cool

Cheers,
Doug
