We want to thank you for your amazing support and for using the MogoCard. We are discontinuing our card program and will not be offering new MogoCards as of April 5th. We will provide you with more information regarding our plans in subsequent emails, but in this email we want to ensure you’re aware of the following key date:
Effective June 6th
Loads will no longer be accepted on your card. Any MogoCard loads received on or after June 6th will be returned to you.
MogoCards will no longer be active. That means that no ATM or POS transactions will be approved and any residual balances will be returned via Interac e-Transfer to the email address registered to your MogoAccount, within 45 days of June 6th. Please login to your MogoAccount settings and verify your current email address to ensure it's up to date.
No fee will be charged for the processing of a refund.
